Converting a monthly rate to a daily rate is accomplished by

multiplying the monthly rate by number of month in rate period;

dividing the result by number of days in rate period and taking

the remainder out to five (5) decimals places and rounding up or

down to the Pipeline's specified decimal place.

4.8 Prearranged Releases

(a) A release of capacity by a Releasing Customer to a

Prearranged Customer for any period of thirty-one (31) days

or less need not comply with the notification and bidding

procedure set forth in this Section 4; provided, however,

that releases under this Paragraph 4.67 must be posted on

Pipeline's EBB 9:00 a.m. on the day that nominations are due

under such pre-arranged release and must be subsequently

confirmed by replacement shipper. When a release of

capacity under this Paragraph 4.6 is at less than the

maximum tariff rate, Releasing Customer shall not rollover,

extend, or in any other way continue a capacity release

under this section without first complying with the

notification and bidding procedure set forth in this Section

4. Releasing Customer shall not re-release capacity to any

Prearranged Customer under this section at less than the

maximum tariff
