4.5 Recalls of capacity

A Releasing Customer may recall capacity released to a Replacement

Customer, as negotiated in accordance with Paragraph 4.6(e)

hereof, providing that the Releasing Customer provides to Pipeline

and Replacement Customer notice of such recall in accordance with

Section 15.1(i)(E).
