2.3 The no-notice service shall have the following characteristics:
(a) Pipeline shall provide firm transportation from Customer's
Point(s) of Receipt to Customer's Point(s) of delivery.
(b) Nominations are not required for deliveries to Point(s) of
Delivery for service under this Rate Schedule.
(c) No-notice service requires Customer to designate Points(s)
of Delivery with a maximum delivery MDQ (NNS MDQ). The sum
of Customer's Point(s) of Delivery MDQs must equal the total
NNS MDQ.
(d) In the event a Customer subscribing to NNS fails to provide
a predetermined allocation to Pipeline pursuant to Section
16 of the General Terms and Conditions, such Customer will
be deemed to have received NNS quantities at any time that
deliveries to Customer are in excess of scheduled quantities
nominated under a Rate Schedule for firm transportation
service.
(e) At Customer's election, Pipeline may act as Customer's agent
for the procurement of gas supplies from third parties which
supplies are to be transported in accordance with this Rate
Schedule NNS.
