c. FILING PROCEDURE
The notice period and proposed effective date of
filings pursuant to this subsection shall be those
permitted under the Commission's Regulations
unless, for a good cause shown, a lesser notice
period and different effective date is allowed by
valid Commission order. Any such filing shall not
become effective unless it becomes effective
without suspension or refund obligation.
d. REMITTANCE TO GRI.
Transporter shall remit to GRI, not later than
fifteen (15) days after the receipt thereof, all
monies received by virtue of the GRI Adjustment
Charge, less any amounts properly payable to a
Federal, State or Local authority relating to the
monies received hereunder.
23. FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION ANNUAL CHARGE
ADJUSTMENT:
a. PURPOSE
For the purpose of funding of the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission's (FERC) costs incurred in
any fiscal year, this Article 23 establishes
an Annual Charge Adjustment to be applicable to
Transporter's Rate Schedules as set forth on Sheet
No. 6 of this FERC Gas Tariff. Transporter shall
not recover any annual charges recorded in FERC
Account No. 928 in a NGA Section 4 rate case.
b. BASIS
The basis for the charge shall be the amount which
is redetermined annually by FERC pursuant to Docket
No. RM87-3 (May 29, 1987).
