Volume No. 1, includes firm transportation Rate Schedule FT, interrup-

tible transportation Rate Schedule IT, and forms of gas transportation

service agreements for transportation service provided under Rate

Schedules FT and IT. General Terms and Conditions applicable to

transportation service provided by K N Wattenberg Transmission Limited

Liability Company pursuant to 18 C.F.R. Part 284, Subparts B and G are

also included.
