c. REMITTANCE TO THE FERC

Transporter shall remit to the FERC, not later than forty-five

(45) days after receipt of the Annual Charge Billing the Total

Annual Charge stated in such billing.

Transporter and Shipper shall comply with the business practice and

electronic communication standards incorporated by reference in Section

284.12 of the Commission's Regulations (18 C.F.R. Section 284.12) as
