ah. "Pooling" shall mean 1) the aggregation of gas from multiple

physical and/or logical points to the single physical or

logical point, and/or 2) the dis-aggregation of gas from a

single physical or logical point to multiple physical and/or

logical points.

ai. "p.s.i.a." means pounds per square inch absolute.

aj. "p.s.i.g." means pounds per square inch gauge.

ak. "Point of Receipt" or "Receipt Point" means the point(s) at

which the gas leaves the outlet side of the measuring equipment

of Shipper and enters the Facility of Transporter, or other

agreed upon point.

al. "Recourse Rate" for a service is the maximum applicable rate

for that service as shown on Sheet No. 6 of Transporter's

Tariff.

am. "Service Agreement" shall mean a written agreement, providing

for gas transportation service, which is executed by

Transporter and the Shipper, and any exhibits, attachments,

and/or amendments thereto.

an. "Shipper/Buyer" is the party to whom a service agreement is

executed.

ao. "Total Energy Content" is that amount determined by multiplying

the gross dry heating value by the volume of gas in cubic feet.

ap. "Transporter" is K N Wattenberg Transmission Limited Liability

Co.

aq. "Transportation" means movement of gas from the receipt point

to the delivery point. Transportation does not include

gathering, processing or storage.

ar. "Year" is a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days

commencing and ending at nine (9:00) o'clock a.m. Mountain

Time, provided that any year which contains the date of

February 29 shall consist of three hundred sixty-six (366)

days.
