RATE SCHEDULE SFTS

Small Customer Firm Transportation Service (continued)

12. ELIGIBILITY TO RECEIVE SERVICE UNDER RATE SCHEDULE PTS-1 OR ITS-1

Shippers receiving transportation service under this Rate Schedule shall

not be permitted to nominate service under Rate Schedule PTS-1 or ITS-1

pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions nor shall any

other Shipper be permitted to nominate PTS-1 or ITS-1 at a Primary

Delivery Point under an SFTS Service Agreement unless and until the SFTS

Shipper has nominated a quantity under Rate Schedule SFTS equal to such

Shipper's full MDTQ under Shipper's Rate Schedule SFTS Service

Agreement.

13. ELIGIBILITY TO ACQUIRE CAPACITY UNDER CAPACITY RELINQUISHMENT

Shippers receiving transportation service under this Rate Schedule shall

not be eligible to acquire capacity under Section 18 of the General

Terms and Conditions unless and until such Shipper has nominated a

quantity under Rate Schedule SFTS equal to such Shipper's full MDTQ

under Shipper's Rate Schedule SFTS Service Agreement for the period of

the proposed relinquishment.

14. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff are

hereby made a part of this Rate Schedule.
