34. GAS INDUSTRY STANDARDS BOARD ("GISB")

CIPCO adopts or exceeds the standards required by the

Commission in 18 C.F.R. 284.10(b) in accordance with Order

No. 587, issued July 17, 1996. Specifically, CIPCO adopts

by reference the following GISB Standards:

35. WAIVERS

CIPCO may waive all or part of any rights hereunder or all

or part of any obligations of customer on a basis which is

not unduly discriminatory and which is consistent with

Commission regulations, and GISB Standards; provided

however, no waiver shall operate or be construed as a waiver

of other or future rights or obligations, whether of a like

or different character.
