16. OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS

16.1 General

In the event CIPCO determines, in its sole

discretion, that in order to permit the continued

operation of all or part of its system a quantity of

gas received or delivered at any point or location on

its system must be increased or decreased, and that

such operating requirement cannot be accomplished

using the facilities and gas supply under CIPCO's

control in the time period necessary, CIPCO may issue

an operational flow order ("OFO") to Customer in

accordance with this Section 16. Such OFOs shall be

applied on a non-discriminatory basis at the

designated points on CIPCO's system at which action

is required.
