Certification:

The ON BEHALF OF PARTY must certify

that the transportation to be provided shall be

on its behalf and must specify that the local

distribution company or intrastate pipeline

company shall (1) at some point have physical

custody and transport the gas to be transported

hereunder or (2) hold title to the gas for a

purpose related to the ON BEHALF OF PARTY'S

status and function as a local distribution

company or intrastate pipeline company.
