22.2 If as a result of a curtailment of gas deliveries by Enbridge

Pipelines (AlaTenn) Inc. merchant's (herein after referred to as

"Seller") gas suppliers, Seller is unable to deliver the

requirements of its sales customers within the limits of their

sales contract volume limitations, the volume of gas which Seller

determines it will be able to deliver will be allocated among

Seller's sales customers in accordance with this Section 22.2,
