3.14` Applicable Deadlines

The deadlines shown below are applicable to all parties involved

in a capacity release process; however, they are only applicable

if 1) all information provided by the parties to the transaction

is valid and the Replacement Shipper has been determined to be

credit worthy, pursuant to Section 3.2 of Rate Schedule FT,

before the capacity release bid is tendered and 2) there are no

special terms or conditions of the release.

(a) For non biddable releases

(1) Timely Cycle

(i) Posting of prearranged deals, not subject to

bid, are due by 10:30 a.m. on a business day.

(ii) Contract shall be issued within one (1) hour of

award posting (with a new contract number, when

applicable). Nominations shall be possible

beginning at the next available nomination

cycle for the effective date of the contract.

(Central Clock Time)

(2) Evening Cycle

(i) Posting of prearranged deals, not subject to

bid, are due by 5:00 p.m. on a business day.

(ii) Contract shall be issued within one (1) hour of

award posting (with a new contract number, when

applicable). Nominations shall be possible

beginning at the next available nomination

cycle for the effective date of the contract.

(3) Intraday 1 Cycle

(i) Posting of prearranged deals, not subject to

bid, are due by 9:00 a.m. on a business day.

(ii) Contract shall be issued within one (1) hour of

award posting (with a new contract number, when

applicable). Nominations shall be possible

beginning at the next available nomination

cycle for the effective date of the contract.

(4) Intraday 2 Cycle

(i) Posting of prearranged deals, not subject to

bid, are due by 4:00 p.m. on a business day.

(ii) Contract shall be issued within one (1) hour of

award posting (with a new contract number, when

applicable). Nominations shall be possible

beginning at the next available nomination

cycle for the effective date of the contract.
