Pursuant to Order Nos. 587, 587-B through 587-K promulgated by the

FERC in Docket No. RM96-1, for GISB Standards that do not

otherwise require implementing tariff provisions, the

following GISB Standards are hereby incorporated by

reference into Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff. Unless

specifically indicated otherwise, all incorporated standards

are as reflected in GISB Version 1.4.
