GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (continued)
shall be considered as duly delivered when mailed by post-paid
registered mail addressed to said Party at its last known post
office address, or at such other address as either Party may
designate in writing. Routine communications, including monthly
statements and payments, shall be considered as duly delivered
when mailed (by either registered or by ordinary mail) or by
electronic communication. Any notice, request, demand,
communication, or other posting made on Transporter's EBB as
required by this Tariff shall be considered as duly delivered
when transmitted by the sending party.
13. NON-WAIVER AND FUTURE DEFAULT
No waiver by either Transporter or Shipper of any one or more
defaults by the other in the performance of any provision of an
executed Service Contract shall operate or be construed as a
waiver of any default or defaults, whether of a like or of a
different character.
14. SCHEDULES AND SERVICE CONTRACT(S) SUBJECT TO REGULATION
This Tariff including these General Terms and Conditions and the
respective obligations of the Parties under the executed Service
Contract is subject to all valid laws, orders, rules and
regulations of duly constituted governmental authorities now or
hereafter having jurisdiction.
15. OPERATING INFORMATION AND ESTIMATES
At Transporter's request, any Shipper which has executed a Gas
Sales Contract, Transportation Service Contract or Released
Transportation Service Contract with Transporter will furnish to
Transporter within a reasonable period of time estimates of the
hourly, daily, monthly and annual quantities of natural gas which
Shipper desires Transporter to furnish to Shipper.
