GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (continued)

3.14 Applicable Deadlines

(a) For releases of thirty-one (31) days or less (not

subject to bidding) or releases under prearranged deals

at the maximum rate, Releasing Shipper and Replacement

Shipper shall notify Transporter by 9:00 a.m. CCT on

the day of the nomination deadline applicable to the

effective day of the release.

(b) For all other releases, Releasing Shipper shall post

the Release Request on Transporter's EBB no later than

1:00 p.m. CCT (i) on the business day prior to the

nomination deadline applicable to the effective date of

the release for a release of less than five (5) months,

or (ii) four business days prior to the nomination

deadline applicable to the effective date of the

release for a release of five (5) months or more. The

Bidding Period for all capacity release offers shall

commence at 1:00 p.m. CCT and end at 2:00 p.m. CCT

subject to the following Bidding Periods:

(i) Release Requests for a term of less than five (5)

months shall be posted for a minimum Bidding

Period of one (1) hour on a business day;

(ii) Release Requests for a term of five (5) months or

more shall be posted for a minimum Bidding Period

of three (3) business days.

(c)(i)Within one (1) hour after the close of the Bidding

Period, Transporter shall notify any Prearranged Bidder

of any competing bid that has a value determined in

accord with Section 3.13 which is higher than that of

the bid by the Prearranged Bidder. The Prearranged

Bidder shall have until 4:00 p.m. CCT to match such

higher bid for a Release Request. If a Prearranged

Bidder was not specified in the Release Request, then

Transporter shall notify the winning bidder(s) within

one (1) hour after the close of the Bidding Period.

Transporter shall post the award on its EBB by 5:00

p.m. for biddable deals and by 9:00 a.m. on the day

that nominations are due for pre-arranged deals that

are not subject to bidding. Transporter shall tender

a contract with contract number by 10:00 a.m.; contract

executed; nominations possible for next day gas flow.
