7. MONTHLY BILL

The Monthly Bill for service shall be equal to the applicable IT

rate multiplied by the dekatherms of natural gas transported and

delivered by Transporter to Shipper in the month pursuant to

this Rate Schedule, the monthly bill for service shall include

any New Facilities Charge pursuant to Section 5.2, any

Incidental Charges pursuant to Section 5.3, and any Imbalance

Charge pursuant to Section 5.4 , any Take-or-Pay Charge pursuant

to Section 5.5 and any Transition Cost pursuant to Section 5.6

of this Rate Schedule and Section 3 of the General Terms and

Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff.

8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipper shall provide Transporter with such information as is

needed to meet the requirements placed on Transporter by

regulations, rules, and/or orders by any duly authorized agency.

Furthermore, any terms and conditions not specified in this Rate

Schedule shall be determined consistent with the General Terms

and Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff, which are

incorporated as part of this Rate Schedule.
