Provided, however, the maximum daily delivery
quantity at any Receipt Point(s) shall not exceed the
quantity which Shipper's supplier has agreed to
deliver at such point, unless otherwise agreed to by
Transporter. The aggregate quantity of receipts shall
equal the sum of the aggregate quantity of
deliveries, plus the quantity of gas for Fuel and
Losses provided in Section 6 of this Rate Schedule.
(b) Receipt/Delivery Point: Shipper shall show the
designated Primary Receipt Point(s) and Primary
Delivery Point(s) for the requested transportation
and the MDQ at each point together with the name of
the entity delivering the gas to Transporter and the
name of the entity to receive the gas from
Transporter, and the name(s) of the entity that have
OBA's with Transporter covering such Primary Receipt
and Delivery Point(s).
(c) Term: The commencement and termination dates of
service proposed by Shipper.
(d) Shipper Certification: A statement by the Shipper
certifying that all necessary upstream and downstream
arrangements will be in place on the date the
transportation service is to commence and that the
Shipper will have title or the right to acquire title
to the gas to be delivered to Transporter.
(e) Facilities: Identification and location of any
facilities to be constructed or installed by any
party affected by the proposed transportation
service.
(f) Prepayment: A check made out to Transporter in an
amount equal to the lesser of $10,000 or the total
Reservation Charge applicable to the proposed service
for a three month period. The applicable prepayment
amount shall be credited to Shipper's first month
invoice. If no service is provided under this Rate
Schedule, Transporter shall refund the prepayment
amount in full unless a Gas Transportation Contract
has been executed for the service.
