FERC Gas Tariff or whenever necessary to maintain gas
quality or the operational integrity of Transporter's
system.
2.3 Transporter shall not be obligated to, but may at its
option, receive at any Receipt Point on any day a quantity
of gas in excess of any limitations of the quantities to be
received from each such Receipt Point as specified in the
FT Contract. Upon receipt of such natural gas for
Shipper's account, Transporter shall transport and deliver
for Shipper's account an equivalent quantity of gas in
accordance with Section 6 of this Rate Schedule at those
points on Transporter's system as specified in an executed
FT Contract. Provided, however, Transporter shall not be
obligated to, but may at its option, deliver at any
Delivery Point on any day or during any month a quantity of
gas in excess of any limitations of the quantities to be
delivered to each Delivery Point as specified in the FT
Contract.
2.4 Provided Transporter's prior consent is obtained, Shipper
may tender quantities of gas in excess of the MDQ specified
in the FT Contract on any day (hereinafter referred to as
"Authorized Overrun Quantities") for receipt, transport
and delivery by Transporter of an equivalent quantity of
gas in accordance with Section 6 of this Rate Schedule;
provided, however, that the tender and transportation of
such gas can be accomplished by Transporter without
detriment to any other Shipper under any of Transporter's
Rate Schedules; and provided further that such
transportation is compatible to Transporter's system
operation requirements. Subject to the foregoing
restrictions, Transporter's consent shall not be
unreasonably withheld. The rate charged for such
Authorized Overrun Quantities shall be in accordance with
Section 5 of this Rate Schedule.
2.5 Transporter shall not be required to install, operate or
maintain any additional facilities in order to provide
transportation service under this Rate Schedule.
