Shippers' Zone Entitlements for receipts in the West,

North, and South Zones, as effective immediately prior

to January 1, 1996, shall be converted to Receipt

Entitlements in the appropriate Pooling Areas based on

the location of Receipt Points. Existing Primary

Receipt Point(s) with assigned MRO's up to the

effective CD or CDD shall be honored and Receipt

Entitlements allocated in accordance therewith unless

Shipper desires to relinquish all or part of its MRO

and Transporter agrees. It is recognized that the

capacity available for allocation on a firm basis on

Transporter's system is affected by the location of

receipts and deliveries and thus the availability of

particular Receipt Entitlements, as well as total

Receipt Entitlements, is dependent upon the flow

patterns requested by and ultimately allocated

to all Shippers.
