documentation (including invoice number)

regarding payment application, or remittance

detail explaining discrepancies between payment

and invoice amounts in paper or electronic form

shall accompany payment. If payment is via

wire transfer, such supporting documentation or

remittance detail shall be sent to the facsimile

number on the invoice on the same day payment is

rendered. Transporter shall apply payments in

accordance with the supporting documentation

provided by Shipper. Transporter shall have the
