5.6 Allocations:

(a) For a Shipper receiving service pursuant to

multiple Rate Schedules and Service Agreements

at a Delivery Point, each Day's deliveries of

Gas shall be allocated by Transporter in

accordance with the provisions of Section 5.5

and using the following order:

(i) Deliveries under Service Agreements

pursuant to Rate Schedule FT up to the

amount scheduled and received by

Transporter within MDO;

(ii) Deliveries under Service Agreements

pursuant to Rate Schedule NNTS up to the

MDO;

(iii) Deliveries under Service Agreements

pursuant to Rate Schedule IT up to the

amount scheduled and received by

Transporter within MCQ;

(iv) Deliveries of Overrun Gas under Service

Agreements pursuant to Rate Schedule FT;
