(ii) For nominations for increases

submitted during the Timely

Nomination Cycle, if there is no

response to a Request for

Confirmation, or an unsolicited

Confirmation Rsponse, the lesser of

the new nomination quantity or

previously scheduled quantity

applies.

(iii) For nominations for increases

submitted during the Evening,

Intraday 1 and Intraday 2

Nomination Cycles, if there is no

response to a Request for

Confirmation or an unsolicited

Confirmation Response, the

previously scheduled quantity

should be the new confirmed

quantity.

(iv) For Intraday Nominations and

nominations pursuant to Section

5.5(a)(i)(2) above which are

decreases, the lesser of rule

(confirmed or nominated flow)

applies when confirming, but in any

event no less than the Elapsed-prorated-

scheduled quantity shall be confirmed.

(v) If there is no response to a

Request for Confirmation or an

unsolicited Confirmation Response,

the greater of the nominated

quantity or the Elapsed-prorated-

scheduled quantity shall be confirmed.

(vi) If there is no response to a

Request for Confirmation or an

unsolicited Confirmation Response,

Transporter will provide the

nominating party with the following

information as part of the

documentation of the scheduled

quantity to explain why the

nomination failed, as applicable:
