Maximum Delivery Obligation or MDO shall mean the

maximum MMBtu or quantity of Gas which Transporter is

obligated to tender for delivery to Shipper on any

given Day at a Point of Delivery or group of Points

of Delivery, under a Service Agreement on a firm

basis.

Maximum Injection Quantity. See Section 7 of Rate

Schedule FSS.

Maximum Monthly Injection Quantity. See Section 7 of

Rate Schedule FSS.
