1. Service shall be provided on a fully interruptible basis pursuant to

Rate Schedule SBS and this Agreement shall be subject to the provisions

of such Rate Schedule as well as the General Terms and Conditions of

Transporter's Tariff (as on file and in effect from time to time), all

of which by this reference are made part hereof.

2. Pool Manager shall pay to Transporter any and all rates, charges, fees,

taxes, assessments or surcharges applicable to services provided under

Rate Schedule SBS as provided for in said Rate Schedule or otherwise in

Transporter's Tariff.
