TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AGREEMENT

THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AGREEMENT, hereinafter referred to as

"Agreement," made and entered into ________________________, 2___ by and

RELIANT ENERGY GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY,

a Delaware corporation, represented

hereinafter referred to as "Transporter," and

herein referred to as "Shipper,"

W I T N E S S E T H T H A T:

WHEREAS, Transporter owns and operates an interstate natural gas

pipeline; and

WHEREAS, Shipper is _______________________, and has requested

Transporter to provide certain Transportation services for supplies of Gas;

and

WHEREAS, [complete as applicable];

NOW, THEREFORE, Transporter agrees to provide the services for the

account of Shipper as hereinafter set forth, and Shipper agrees to pay, or

cause payment to be made, for such services and comply with the provisions

hereof, on the following terms and conditions:
