Rate Schedule IT Shippers have access to all generally available Pools, physical Receipt Points

and Delivery Points through the nomination process. If Shipper wants certain points reflected

on its Service Agreement, please specify.

C. Rate Schedule PHS:

Rate Schedule PHS Shippers shall have access to Receipt and Delivery Points as described in

such Rate Schedule for each of the wheeling and park and loan options provided for thereunder,

through the nomination process.
