Manager(s) shall be the designee(s) for such Shipper for

submitting certain receipt nominations and allocation

information and Intraday Nominations and revisions to such

nominations, except as otherwise provided in this Tariff.

The Operator of any given Point of Receipt may designate an

agent to act
