5.3 Unauthorized Activities.

All quantities transported for Shipper's account which

exceed the amount Shipper is authorized to transport at

any given time shall be considered unauthorized.

5.4 Other Charges.

A bill for a Service Month may also include amounts

attributable to filing and other fees, penalties and

charges provided by this Tariff.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff, except

to the extent otherwise specified, including from and after the

effective date any future modifications, additions or deletions

to said General Terms and Conditions, shall be applicable to

transportation service rendered under this Rate Schedule and, by

this reference, are made a part hereof.
