3. RATES:

3.1 The rate charged for service hereunder shall consist of:

(a) Wheeling Rate: The currently effective Wheeling Rate shown

in Transporter's Statement of Effective Rates and Charges

for Transportation of Gas contained in this Tariff.

(b) Park and Loan Rates: The currently effective Park and Loan

Rates shown on Transporter's Statement of Effective Rates

and Charges for Transportation of Gas contained in this

Tariff.

(c) Excess Contract Quantities Rate: The currently effective

Excess Contract Quantities Rate, as applicable, shown in

Transporter's Statement of Effective Rates and Charges for

Transportation of Gas contained in this Tariff.

3.2 (a) Fuel Use: Fuel Use and Electric Power Costs retentions and

charges shall not apply to transactions under this Rate

Schedule; provided, however, that wheeling transactions with

Perryville Hub Receipt Points west of Transporter's Delhi

Compressor and deliveries to Transporter's Columbia Gulf and

Tennessee 800 Perryville Hub Delivery Points shall be

subject to the Delhi Fuel Use retentions. In such cases,

Shipper shall provide and Transporter shall retain Delhi

Fuel Use in-kind in the percentages and in the manner

described in Transporter's Statement of Effective Rates and

Charges for Transportation of Gas contained in this Tariff.

(b) LUFG: Wheeling LUFG retentions and charges shall apply to

all wheeling transactions under this Rate Schedule. In such

cases, Shipper shall provide and Transporter shall retain

Wheeling LUFG in-kind in the percentages and in the manner

described in Transporter's Statement of Effective Rates and

Charges for Transportation of Gas contained in this Tariff.
