RATE SCHEDULE NNTS

NO NOTICE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY:

This Rate Schedule is available to any party which requests service

during the Open Season (hereinafter referred to as Shipper) when

(a) Transporter has received a complete request for such service, via

electronic means using the Internet unless Transporter otherwise

agrees, containing the items listed commencing on Sheet No. 467 of

this Tariff;

(b) Transporter has reviewed the request and has determined that it

will have sufficient available and uncommitted capacity to perform

the service requested by Shipper; and

(c) Shipper and Transporter have executed a Service Agreement for

service as provided under this Rate Schedule, in the form

commencing on Sheet No. 494 of this Tariff, which shall be via

electronic means using the Internet, unless Transporter otherwise

agrees.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE:

2.1 Transporter shall provide firm service under this Rate Schedule,

except as provided herein and in Transporter's General Terms and

Conditions, in order to allow Shipper to meet unscheduled delivery

requirements or supply shortages on a daily basis which were not

known or reasonably foreseeable during the permitted period for

submission of nominations, or revision of same, subject to the

specified limits of service and the applicable terms and

conditions of this Tariff. Service under this Rate Schedule shall

constitute "no notice" service as that term is used in FERC Order

No. 636.

2.2 Service hereunder shall consist of the receipt, transportation,

storage and/or delivery of Gas for the account of Shipper, up to

the Contract Delivery Demand, the Receipt Entitlement(s), the

Maximum Receipt Obligation(s), the Maximum Storage Capacity, and

the Maximum Delivery Obligation(s), as applicable, subject to an

executed Service Agreement and the provisions of this Tariff.
