LIQUIFIED NATURAL GAS STORAGE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this ________________ day of

________________, 19___ by and between EAST TENNESSEE NATURAL GAS COMPANY, a Tennessee

corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Transporter", and

_______________________________, a ______________________________________ corporation,

hereinafter called "Shipper." Transporter and Shipper shall be referred to herein

individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."

ARTICLE I - DEFINITIONS

The definitions found in Section 1 of Transporter's General Terms and Conditions are

incorporated herein by reference.
