notice that either Transporter or Shipper may desire to give to the

other, shall be in writing and shall be considered as duly presented,

rendered or delivered when mailed by postpaid registered or ordinary

28. NONWAIVER AND FUTURE DEFAULT

No waiver by either Transporter or Shipper of any one or more defaults

by the other in the performance of any provision of a gas service

agreement shall operate or be construed as a waiver of any future

29. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

This Tariff, including these General Terms and Conditions, and the

respective obligations of the parties under the gas service agreements
