Transportation to be provided shall be on its behalf and

specifications that the local distribution company or

intrastate pipeline company shall (i) at some point have

physical custody and transport the Gas to be transported

hereunder or (ii) hold title to the Gas for a purpose

related to the On Behalf Of party's status and function as

an intrastate pipeline or local distribution company.
