12-month amortization period commencing with the initial billing plus carrying

charges calculated in the same manner as provided in Section 154.67 of the

Commission's Regulations which is applicable to pipeline refunds.

3/ Interest on these balances will be calculated from February 1, 1994 through the date

of payment in the same manner as provided in Section 154.67 of the Commission's

Regulations which is applicable to pipeline refunds.
