ADVANCED INTERRUPTIBLE STORAGE SERVICE

(For Use Under Rate Schedule AISS)

This Agreement is made between Caledonia and Customer, who

hereby agree upon the terms of Caledonia’s services, at the rates and

on the terms and conditions provided herein. This Agreement is subject

to the terms of Caledonia’s Gas Tariff, including without limitation,

the applicable Rate Schedule, such Tariff terms being incorporated

herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement

and the Tariff, the Tariff will control. Service hereunder shall be

provided subject to the provisions of Part 284 of the Commission’s

regulations.
