15. NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY STANDARDS BOARD (NAESB) STANDARDS

Caledonia adopts or exceeds all of the Business Practices and

Electronic Communication Standards which were required by the

Commission in 18 C.F.R. Section 284.12(a), as amended from time to

time, in accordance with Order Nos. 587, et al. In addition to the

standards reflected in other provisions of this FERC Gas Tariff, the

following NAESB Wholesale Gas Quadrant (“WGQ”) standards, definitions

and data sets, Version 1.9, are incorporated herein by reference:
