All applicable taxes set forth in either the General Terms and Conditions of

this FERC Gas Tariff or the Firm Storage Service Agreement and all other

applicable surcharges, including, but not limited to, the ACA charges, shall

also be paid by Customer.

*All quantities of Gas are measured in dekatherms (Dth).
