26. NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY STANDARDS BOARD (“NAESB”) STANDARDS

Transporter adopts or exceeds all of the Business Practices and Electronic Communication

Standards which were required by the Commission in 18 C.F.R. Section 284.12(b) in

accordance with Order Nos. 587, et seq. In addition to the standards reflected in other

provisions of this Tariff, the following NAESB Wholesale Gas Quadrant (“WGQ”) standards,

definitions and data sets, Version 1.8 and Order No. 698, are incorporated herein by

reference:

General Standards (version 1.8): 0.2.1, 0.3.1 and 0.3.2.
