33. NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY STANDARDS BOARD (NAESB) STANDARDS

Pursuant to Order No. 587, et al, promulgated by the FERC in Docket No. RM96-

1, for NAESB (formerly GISB) Wholesale Gas Quadrant (WGQ) Standards that do

not otherwise require implementing tariff provisions, the following NAESB WGQ

Standards are hereby incorporated by reference to the NAESB Standard Number

and Version, into Stingray's FERC Gas Tariff.

Stingray shall utilize the NAESB Model Trading Partner Agreement.

reporting requirements ratified by NAESB on October 20, 2004.
