21. PRESSURE AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

21.1 RECEIPT POINT PRESSURE

Shipper shall deliver gas to Stingray at the pressure

prevailing in Stingray's System at the Receipt Point, as such

pressure may vary from time to time.

21.2 DELIVERY POINT PRESSURE

Stingray shall deliver natural gas to Shipper at the

Delivery Point at the pressure available in Stingray's pipeline at

such point.
