16.2 DEFINITIONS

(a) BID VALUE

The value assigned to a Qualified Bid or a Prearranged

Release according to the bid evaluation procedures set

forth in Section 16.10 or, if applicable, the bid

evaluation procedures set forth in the Capacity

Release Request.

(b) CAPACITY RELEASE REQUEST

The request that a Releasing Shipper submits to

initiate the capacity release procedure under this

Section 16.
