applicable MDQ, among ITS Agreements under which

Shippers nominated that Day; and

(e) Any remaining volumes shall be allocated as

Unauthorized Overrun Gas pro rata based on confirmed

nominations among ITS Agreements under which Shippers

nominated that Day.

9.3 DEFICIENT VOLUMES

Any deficiency in takes from nominated or scheduled volumes

shall, unless otherwise agreed, be identified to services by

allocating volumes delivered in the sequence set out in

Section 9.2. Volumes shall be allocated among Agreements

within each class based on confirmed nominations.
