(volumes in excess of the applicable point or Agreement MDQ)

separate nomination, the Shipper should mark that nomination
as being for overrun volumes.
6.9 DELEGATION
A Shipper may delegate to any third party responsibility for
submitting and receiving notices or nominations or

subject to the following conditions:
(a) Any designation of such a representative, and any
change in such designation, must be in writing and
must be submitted at least two (2) Business Days prior

(b) The written designation shall specify any limits on
the authority of the representative, including any
time limit on the designation; provided, however, that
Stingray may reject any such limited designation if
the limitations specified in the designation would
result in an undue administrative burden.
