RATE SCHEDULE PAL

PARKING AND LENDING SERVICE

 

2.3 Availability of Points

 

(a) Shipper shall utilize the pooling point on

Stingray's System as such pooling point is

described under Section 7 of Stingray's General

Terms and Conditions for service under this Rate

Schedule PAL. Accordingly, nominations for parks

and repayments of loans shall reflect the pooling

point as a Receipt Point and the PAL accounting

point as a Delivery Point, and nominations to

resolve all or a portion of the balance in a park

account or to obtain loaned quantities shall

reflect the PAL accounting point as a Receipt

Point and the pooling point as a Delivery Point.

Shipper shall receive and deliver Gas to or from

the pooling point in accordance with Section 7 of

Stingray's General Terms and Conditions.

 

(b) The available volume and priorities at any

point shall be governed by the General Terms and

Conditions of this Tariff.

 

2.4 Compliance with Stingray's Tariff

Submission of a request for service hereunder shall

be deemed agreement by Shipper that it will abide by

the terms and conditions of this Rate Schedule PAL,

including the applicable General Terms and

Conditions.

 

3. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

 

3.1 The interruptible service provided hereunder permits

Shipper to

nominate gas, made available to Stingray by Shipper

in connection

with an Agreement under Rate Schedule FTS, FTS-2 or

ITS, up to the Maximum Parked Quantity or Maximum

Loaned Quantity, as applicable, set forth in the PAL

Agreement, subject to the General Terms and Conditions

and the further provisions of the PAL Agreement. The

services provided hereunder shall be provided only

after all other services offered by Stingray are

scheduled and to the extent permitted by Stingray's

system. Parking and Lending Services shall not impede

Stingray's ability to meet its firm and interruptible

service obligations, including Stingray's system

requirements.

 

(a) Parking Service. Parking Service is an

interruptible service

which provides for: (1) the receipt by Stingray

of gas

quantities delivered by Shipper to the pooling

point;
