14. PROCEDURES FOR ALLOCATING FIRM CAPACITY (Cont'd.)

14.9 In the case of a posting of capacity to be made available as the

result of the construction or acquisition of new facilities,

Transporter's posting may specify a minimum term of service that

must be requested by Shippers bidding on the capacity.

14.10 If capacity posted hereunder is contracted by a shipper, either

in response to the posting or outside of an established posting

period pursuant to Subsection 14.5 hereof, for a primary term of

less that twelve (12) months, Transporter shall not be obligated

to post such capacity upon expiration of such contract pursuant

to this Section 14, but may process requests for firm service

utilizing such capacity on a first-come-first-served basis,

subject to Subsection 14.6 hereof.
