16.3 Access to Equipment and Records. Each party shall have the right to
be present at the time of any installing, reading, cleaning,
changing, repairing, inspecting, testing, calibrating or adjusting
done in connection with the other's equipment used in measuring
receipts and deliveries hereunder. The records from such
measurement equipment shall remain the property of their owner, but
upon request each will submit to the other its records and charts,
together with calculations therefrom, for inspection and
verification, subject to return within thirty (30) Days after
receipt thereof.
16.4 Pressure Protection. Pressure regulation, pressure override and
pressure relief valve or other pressure limiting devices installed
and operated by Pipeline at the measuring station or at or near each
interconnection of Pipeline's facilities with facilities of third
parties shall only be for the purpose of operation and protection of
Pipeline's measurement equipment and Pipeline's facilities.
16.5 Test of Meters. The accuracy of the Pipeline's and Shipper's
measurement equipment shall be verified by Pipeline and Shipper at
reasonable intervals and, if requested, in the presence of
representatives of the Pipeline and Shipper.
(a) Pipeline and Shipper shall not be required to verify the
accuracy of orifice meter equipment more frequently than
once in any thirty (30) Gas Day period.
(b) Pipeline and Shipper shall not be required to verify the
accuracy of measurement equipment, other than orifice
meter equipment, more frequently than once in any ninety
(90) Gas Day period.
(c) Pipeline and Shipper shall not be required to verify the
accuracy of the gas chromatograph or other heating value
measurement device more frequently than once in any
thirty (30) Gas Day period.
