ARTICLE 5 - NOMINATIONS AND NOTICES

5.1 Periodic scheduling and nominations of the quantities of service

requested hereunder must be provided by Shipper to Riverside, at the

times and according to the procedures specified in Section 13 of the

General Terms and Conditions for Transportation Service (or

succeeding effective provisions). All other notices, requests,

demands, statements, or bills, or any other notice which a party may

desire or be required to give to the other, shall be deemed to be

received only upon actual receipt by such party. The addresses of
