which either Riverside or Shipper may desire to give to the other, shall

be in writing and if delivered shall be considered as duly delivered

when mailed to the Post Office address of the other party or to such

other address as either shall designate by formal written notice, or

when delivered by such other method mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Alternatively, when agreed to in writing by the parties, routine

receipt and delivery locations in order to protect its existing

facilities. Riverside's approval of same shall not unreasonably

be withheld.
