RATE SCHEDULE FT

Firm Transportation Service

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

(a) This rate schedule shall apply to all natural gas transported by

Riverside pursuant to the executed Transportation Service

Agreement.

(b) Transportation service under this rate schedule shall be on a firm

basis up to the MDTQ and the MDQ for each Receipt and Delivery

Point specified in the executed Transportation Service Agreement.

Service at Secondary Receipt and Delivery Points will be scheduled

as firm, after scheduling of Primary Receipt and Delivery Point

commitments at the nominated Secondary Receipt or Delivery Points.

(c) Riverside is not obligated to provide any transportation service

for which capacity is not available or which would require the

construction or acquisition of new facilities or the modification

or expansion of existing facilities.
